Cancellation and Refund Policy

The short version

  • US$997 a month, or US$2,997 every 6 months paid in full, plus applicable tax, renewing at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time in the app (Settings, Cancel membership), from your Whop account or by email. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
  • All payments are final: no refunds, except billing mistakes and where the law requires one.

1.How your membership renews

Membership is US$997 per month, or US$2,997 every 6 months if you pay for 6 months in full, plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout. It starts when your first payment goes through and renews automatically at the end of each period on the same day (every month, or every 6 months), charged to your saved payment method through Whop, until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price increase applies to you, so you can cancel first.

2.Cancel any time

You can cancel whenever you like, in whichever way is easiest:

  • in the app: open Settings and choose Cancel membership. One tap cancels it, and we confirm by email;
  • from your Whop account, where you manage the membership you bought through our checkout; or
  • by emailing support@fitproceo-ai.com from the address on your account. We will cancel it for you and confirm by email.

Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your membership ends. There is no cancellation fee.

3.Refunds

All payments are final. We do not give refunds or credits, including for partial months or time you did not use. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The only exceptions:

  • mistakes, such as a duplicate charge, or a renewal charged after you had cancelled;
  • if we shut the Service down or end your access without you being at fault, for the unused part of your paid period; and
  • where the law requires it. If the consumer law where you live gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund (for example the 14-day withdrawal right of consumers in the EU and UK), we honor it.

To ask for a refund, email support@fitproceo-ai.com with the email on your account and the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop, normally within 10 business days. When it reaches your account then depends on your bank.

4.Talk to us before a chargeback

If something went wrong with a payment, email us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute. Access may pause while a chargeback is open. This does not limit any right you have under the law or with your card issuer.
